Grugere
- 80 g beurre
- 180 g de gruyere o d'emmenthal
- 4 oeuf
- 200 g fariine
- 1/2 cuillere´ a´ cafe de leuvre se´chee´
- 1/2 cuillere´ a´ cafe de sel
mix all ingredients but fromage. rest 15 min. grate cheese fine and mix into pate´. Make into small pieces, cook 25 min at 190°c
