Salted Foie Gras
This is a very tasty and simple way of using foie gras for dinner or guests.
Foie Gras
Cheesecloth
Kosher Salt
Wrap the prepared foie gras in cheese cloth and then pack in kosher salt and place in the refrigerator for two to three days. Then unpack the foie gras and throw the salt away. The foie gras will be preserved and you can shave slices off and eat.
