Landy just shot over his recipe for crabcakes-- wanted to make sure I got it for future use....

Seasoning Mix
Yield: 1/4 cup

1 Tbls. ground bay leaves
2 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. ground mace
1/4 tsp. ground cardamom

Crab cakes
1 can Trader joe's fresh crab meat
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon mustard,
3 tablespoons mayo
1-2 tablespoons of seasoning mix

gently toss and press into patties and cook
