French-Chinese stir fry

Philippe cooked this dish when he came home late. It was very fast and definitely fits into the definition of gourmet south beach!

Ingredients

1 thinly sliced pork tenderloin (thin medallions or strips)
broccoli (two heads)
2 cups sliced crimini mushrooms
half a big yellow onion
ginger, peeled and sliced into discs

saucing--
1 big tablespoon tomato paste
1 big tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon soysauce
half teaspoon garlic puree
1 teaspoon Better than Bullion- chicken flavor
2 cups water

Method:
browned half the pork, half the onion, set aside
brown other half, set aside
brown mushrooms, then add broccoli, ginger and meat/onion mix
mix all sauce ingredients in water. pour into wok over mix.
cook for 5 minutes medium heat. remove all solids set aside. reduce juice until thick. recombine, mix serve.
