b-day eats
My parents are taking me out to dinner for my birthday-- any recommendations? i used to know every restaurant in the city, but I've fallen behind the times. I don't need the most fancy-- I just want the most delicious food (with no chili peppers, of course!)
Posted by christina at October 24, 2001 01:12 PMLa Folie is my favorite place in the US. Other than this I am farther behind than chistina.
Posted by vanderwal at October 24, 2001 01:57 PMI still say Delfina, although I would be sorely tempted by the new Masa's. The chef from Charles on Nob Hill is over there. He's the one who won the Iron Chef competition and, more importantly, apprenticed at the French Laundry. That's my two cents.
Posted by landy at October 24, 2001 02:40 PMI have always been a fan of firefly on 24th
