get some mushrooms(nice ones that are firm, white, and don't have holes around the stem). Clean and cut the stems off. Put some butter into a frying pan(don't be shy). Melt butter, put mushrooms in the pan. Add white wine liberally. Add chopped garlic(appropriate to the # of mushrooms, but you can hardly have too much). Add a little salt. Saute until cooked through(approx. 10 mins) with medium flame. Helps to keep a lid over the pan to cook them evenly. Add a little chopped parsley on top when you serve.
