Stephen's Balsamic Zabayon (with strawberries)

4 egg yokes
3oz sugar
3 tblespoons balsamic vinegar
12oz heavy whipping cream

Whip cream in electric mixer until medium soft peaks form. - set aside

Wisk yokes with sugar over a pot of simmering water until mixture is hot (but don't let the water touch the bottom of the bowl as you're wisking). The mixture should become light and hot.
Then whip the egg mixture in an electric mixer until the mixture is cool.
Add the balsamic vinegar to the egg mixture and whip until thoroughly combined.
Fold the cream into the egg mixture.

Serve with fresh strawberries.
